We're bad at this

Wow! Halloween. That was the last time we posted something on this blog. Andrea asked me to write this post because she is at work and I am home sick. This means that I get to post the most unflattering and embarrassing pictures of her. The best part is, she lacks the technical savvy to ever be able to take the picture off the site. But you know what? I'm not going to do it. Sure it would be funny at first, but then Andrea would come home and read this and it wouldn't be so funny anymore.

This blog is supposed to be about the two of us so I'm sure it wouldn't be out of place to share some of my insight about marriage. We're only newlyweds but I've learned a big part of marriage is not embarrassing your spouse. I embarrass Andrea enough when we walk down the Xbox aisle at Target or when I quote funny lines from The Simpsons at dinner parties or when I try describing to her the intricacies of the Force.

Enjoy these pictures (mostly non-embarrassing) from the past 3 months or so.

Hiking with the family. Melinda's expression was photoshopped.

Both of us look very happy and very pregnant.

Andrea cooking? or Andrea eating out of a pot? You decide.

Our first child. We named it Sam (short for Samsung)

This is actually a picture from 1940 of Andrea's grandmother. They look very similar.

We'll probably have funny looking kids.

We're so stoked to see fireworks!

The last picture taken of Andrea before being taken to the hospital for diabetic shock.

She doesn't realize this is not a fountain, it's an open sewage line.

This is our stake center. Just kidding.

The Coit Tower was built to resemble a fireman's hose. True story.

Ummmm, boats.

Golden Gate bridge

The only woman to escape from Alcatraz. Look at those shifty eyes.
